Steven Broadcasting from Swakopmund

steven.jpgSteven Beresford broadcasts every weekday from 2pm until 6pm from a cozy little studio in the affluent northern suburb of Swakopmund, Oceanview.   He loves all types of sports, and rugby in particular.   He's a very serious Sharks supporter, and because of this he does not like the Blue Bulls at all!   He likes a cold beer with his breakfast, watches tennis only when the "babes" are playing and has a bad habit of waking up at 4am every morning.

Steven was born in Tsumeb before man landed on the moon and photographs were still black and white.   He drives a Land Rover called "Grumpy" that breaks down all the time.   This will explain why he's always in a bad mood.   He loves fishing, but never catches anything, seriously believes that politicians should stick to politics and not get involved in sport and still clings to the hope that someday, the Sharks will beat the Blue Bulls in the Vodacom Cup, Curry Cup and the Super 14 final, in one season.

Steven married the most gorgeous person in the world – his wife's name is Jenny and he spends most of his days wondering what she sees in him!   She was even so kind as to bless him with two beautiful daughters, Lillian and Teaghan.

Steven also presents a breakfast show from 7am till 10am every Saturday morning which he does in his pajamas!   He's the only DJ in the known universe that does a show in pajamas!

He's biggest ambition in life is to give Maria Sharapova a full body massage, take Michelle Pfeiffer out for dinner, discuss quantum physics with Stephen Hawking, do the foxtrot with the Dalai Lama and explain to the Australians that they really don't know how to make a decent beer – and if he gets he time, he might fix his Land Rover.
